Learn to Swim Pathway
Our learning pathway guide takes the non-swimmer from their first splash to developing confidence and competence in the water.
Aquababies (4 months - 2.5 years old)
Starting from 4 months old, the Aquababies program is all about getting your child comfortable in the water in a nurturing environment full of games and songs!
All Aquababies classes require the parent to be in the water with their child because not only will it be safer, it will also promote the healthy and comforting environment we strive for.

Early Learning and Water Safety (2.5 years - 4+ years)
Starting from 2.5 Years old, the Early Learning and Water Safety Program is all about getting your child confident and independent in the water.
As well as gaining confidence, they will begin to learn the basics of Freestyle and Backstroke kicking, as well as independent floating and the importance of water safety.
Stroke Development and Water Safety
The Stroke Development Program is a skills-based program which is not limited by age. We have established three exciting levels in this program to encourage independence and enjoyment.
In these levels, they will learn and build upon their freestyle and backstroke technique, as well as learning important water safety skills such as back floating, sculling and treading water.

Advanced Stroke Development and Water Safety Program
The Advanced Stroke Development and Water Safety Program takes the skills your children have learned previously and builds on them, perfecting known skills with an emphasis on gaining endurance as they progress to deeper water and longer, more intensive lessons.
Breaststroke and Butterfly drills are introduced, as well as Freestyle Turns, Touch Turns and Dives to prepare your child for entry into our Junior Squad Levels.
